The fact of the matter is that there is so much more at stake when you are at the Department of Justice because, particularly on the criminal side, it is someone’s liberty that is at stake, and you have victims of the crime. Sally Yates: The similarity between the two would be that you are trying to do your very very best work - so you want to be thorough, you want to be a persuasive writer, and all of those things.
